The main causes would be various forms of stresses (i.e. mechanical stress, internal stress, and weathering stress), insufficient adhesion of road markings to asphalt, and failing in cohesive strength of asphalt, respectively. The failures can have different causes, for example problems in paint formulation (e.g. incorrect filler content or wrong choice of resin), improper application of paint or even substrate conditions. In this article, each failure modes specific to durable road markings, will be discussed from scientific views and the rolls of internal and external stress as well as adhesion, and cohesion strength of paint and substrate will be explained. Future more, some remedies to prevent the failures will be suggested.}, keywords = {Road markings,Delaminating,Cracking,Stress,Adhesion}, title_fa = {عیوب مکانیکی متداول خط‌کشی‌های اجرا شده با رنگ‌های ترافیکی بادوام در معابر شهری}, abstract_fa = {در سال‌های اخیر پوشش‌های ترافیکی یا به اصطلاحِ متداول، رنگ‌های ترافیکی بادوام در دو نوع "ترموپلاستیک گرم بر پایه رزین‌های هیدروکربنی" و "پلاستیک سرد بر پایه رزین‌های اکریلیک دو جزیی"، در اجرای خط‌کشی‌های ترافیکی شهر تهران کاربرد گسترده‌ای پیدا کرده‌اند. علی‌رغم برخورداری از ضخامت و دوام بالا و همچنین گستردگی کاربرد، مشاهده سه نوع عیب اساسی و قابل توجه پس از گذراندن یک چرخه گرمایش/سرمایش در زمان سرویس‌دهی در این نوع خط‌کشی‌ها، منجر به تردید مجریان خط‌کشی در استفاده از رنگ‌های با دوام و در برخی موارد جایگزینی آنها با رنگ‌های سرد کم‌دوام گردیده است. سه عیب مکانیکی اصلی مشاهده شده در اینگونه خط‌کشی‌ها، عبارتند از ترک‌خوردگی رنگ یا پوشش، جدایش ورقه‌ای خطوط از سطح آسفالت، و نهایتاً تخریب آسفالت در زیر و یا لبه‌های خط‌کشی. دلیل اصلی بروز این عیوب چالش‌برانگیز به ترتیب عبارتند از: ایجاد تنش‌های مختلف (تنش مکانیکی، تنش داخلی در پوشش و تنش ناشی از شرایط جوی)، چسبندگی ضعیف رنگ بر بستر آسفالت‌شده و در نهایت ضعف هم‌چسبی در روکش سطحی آسفالت. در این مقاله با به تصویر کشیدن عیوب مذکور و تکیه بر تعاریف فنی و تئوری‌های مربوط به پدیده تنش، چسبندگی و استحکام هم‌چسبی یا پیوستگی، دلائل بروز این عیوب بیان شده و راه‌کارهای مناسب برای جلوگیری از بروز عیوب نامبرده به تفکیک ارائه شده است}, keywords_fa = {پوشش ترافیکی,جدایش ورقه‌ای,ترک خوردگی,تنش,چسبندگی}, url = {https://jscw.icrc.ac.ir/article_76447.html}, eprint = {https://jscw.icrc.ac.ir/article_76447_df36654487b146a1cb44466f56be903a.pdf} }
