مروری بر عملکرد سلول خورشیدی حساسشده به مواد رنگزا دارای پلیمرهای شفاف
دستگاههای فوتوولتائیک پلیمری به دلیل وزن کم، دوستدار محیطزیست بودن و سهولت فرآیندپذیری به عنوان یک منبع سبز برای تولید انرژی مورد توجه قرار دارند. به ویژه افزارههای فوتوولتائیک پلیمری شفاف به دلیل پتانسیل منحصربهفرد آنها در زمینه افزایش برداشت نور خورشید توجه بیشتری را به خود جلب کردهاند. کوپلیمرهای نوع p با ساختار D-A به عنوان مواد حساس به نور جدید تهیه شدهاند تا به صورت موفقیتآمیز طیف جذبی را به ناحیه IR منتقل کرده و در نتیجه ایجاد شفافیت کند. بخش مهمی از تحقیقات بر روی افزارههای فوتوولتائیک پلیمری شفاف بر روی ساخت الکترود متمرکز شده است. کوپلیمر PEDOT:PSS، نقره در اندازه نانو، بلورهای فوتونی یکبعدی و لایههای انتقال دهنده برپایه کربن، گزینههای مناسبی برای الکترودهای شفاف قابل قبول هستند. در بین این مواد، لایههای بازتابنده کامپوزیتی مانند ساختارهای بلوری فوتونیکی به دلیل طیف بازتابنده قابل تنظیم برای ساخت سلولهای فوتوولتائیک پلیمری شفاف بسیار مناسب هستند که میتوانند همزمان پراکنش و انتقال نور را کنترل کنند. هدف از این مقاله، معرفی و تشریح افزارههای پلیمری فوتوولتائیک شفاف و عوامل موثر بر عملکرد آنها است. درانتهای مقاله مختصری درباره فرصت تجاریسازی سلولهای خورشیدی پلیمری بحث میشود.

نانو ساختارهای چارچوبهای آلی-فلزی مغناطیسی به عنوان نانو جاذب برای حذف مواد رنگزای آلی از پسابهای صنعتی
امروزه به دلیل افزایش رشد جمعیت و همچنین افزایش تقاضای انسانها، صنایع گوناگون به شدت در حال رشد و توسعه هستند که این موضوع باعث کاهش آبهای خالص شده و در نتیجه لزوم بازیافت آبها در اولویت قرار گرفته است. مواد رنگزا ترکیبات آلی پیچیدهای هستند که در صنایع مختلف از آنها استفاده میشود. نانو ساختارهای چارچوبهای آلی-فلزی مغناطیسی میتواند به عنوان یک ماده اصلی برای توسعه پایدار و حذف آلایندههای زیستمحیطی استفاده شود. این چارچوبها به دلیل حضور نانو ذرات مغناطیسی، هوشمند عمل کرده و با استفاده از یک میدان مغناطیسی متناوب خارجی جمع آوری شده و این مواد جاذب قابلیت بازسازی مجدد و احیا دارند. با استفاده از این کامپوزیتهای مغناطیسی میتوان آلودگیها را در محیط کنترل و جداسازی کرد. نانو ساختارهای چارچوبهای آلی-فلزی مغناطیسی به دلیل سنتز و جداسازی آسان و دارابودن دو رفتار جذبی و تخریبی، مساحت سطح بالا، واکنش سریع آنها با مواد رنگزای آلی و بازده بالا، نسل جدیدی از مواد را برای تصفیه پسابهای صنعتی به وجود آوردهاند. در این مطالعه سعی شده است که نانو ساختارهای چارچوبهای آلی-فلزی مغناطیسی و همچنین کاربرد آنها به عنوان نانو جاذب برای حذف مواد رنگزای آلی از پسابهای صنعتی بررسی شود.

مروری بر مطالعات صورت گرفته در زمینه نانورنگدانههای هیبریدی بر پایه رس
به منظور جبران نقاط ضعف رنگدانههای آلی و رنگدانههای معدنی و بهرهگیری از مزایای آنها، دسته جدیدی از رنگدانهها تحت عنوان رنگدانههای هیبریدی معرفی شدهاند که قابلیت تامین همزمان خواص هر دو دسته و رفع میزان قابل توجهی از معایب دو دسته را دارد. رنگدانههای هیبریدی که با عنوان نانورنگدانههای هیبریدی رس- ماده رنگزا نیز شناخته میشوند، از جابهجایی یونی کاتیون ماده رنگزا با کاتیونهای فلزی موجود مابین صفحات رس حاصل میشوند. به منظور درک هرچه بهتر ساختار، نحوه سنتز و نحوه رفتار این رنگدانههای هیبرید ابتدا درک صحیحی از ساختار رس و نحوه رفتار آن در محیطهای آبی لازم است. با بهرهمندی از این دانش میتوان سازوکار سنتز این رنگدانهها را تببین نمود، ترمودینامیک، سینتیک و عوامل موثر بر سنتر این نوع رنگدانه را بررسی کرده و در پایان خواص و نحوه عملکرد این نوع رنگدانه را درون پوشش مورد مطالعه قرار داد. رنگدانههای هیبریدی برپایه رس در مقایسه با ماده رنگزای به کار رفته در ساختار خود و همچنین در قیاس با رنگدانههای معمول مقاومت نوری، حرارتی و همچنین پشتپوشی و قدرت رنگی خوبی را از خود نشان دادهاند.

مروری بر لعابهای بلورین
لعابهای بلورین به عنوان پوششهایی با کاربردهای متنوع، از جمله تزیین بدنههای سرامیکی و یا بهبود خواص مکانیکی، نوری و غیره استفاده میشوند. بسته به شرایط لعاب، ترکیب بدنه و برنامه حرارتی، بلورهای متنوعی در فاز مایع لعاب به وجود میآید که گاهی باعث ایجاد یا بهبود خواص و گاهی باعث خلق جلوههای ویژه و انحصاری در لعاب میشود. این لعابها را میتوان بر اساس اندازه (ماکرو، میکرو و نانو) و یا بر اساس نوع بلور و ترکیب (هماتیت، آنورتیت، پیروکسین و غیره / زیرکونیم، نقره، طلا و غیره) دستهبندی نمود. سیلیس، گدازآورها و بلورسازها سه جز اصلی ترکیب پایه لعاب بلوری هستند و سازوکار تشکیل بلورها در لعاب همان سازوکار جوانهزنی و رشد است. عوامل تاثیرگزار بر تشکیل و رشد بلورها شامل ترکیب، ضخامت، نوع و مقدار جوانهزا و رنگسازها در لعاب، طراحی و مدت زمان منحنی پخت (گرمایش و سرمایش)، دما و زمان جذب در فرآیند رشد، اتمسفر کوره و همچنین ترکیب و شکل هندسی بدنه سرامیکی است. در این مطالعه برخی از این عوامل به اختصار شرح داده خواهد شد.

چاپ جوهرافشان انتقالی تصعیدی: بررسی خواص جوهر، مواد رنگزای مصرفی، کاغذ انتقال و زیرآیند
استفاده از چاپ دیجیتال در صنایع نساجی با توجه به کیفیت چاپ عالی، میزان آلودگی بسیار کم و همگام بودن با میزان و نوع تقاضای بازار مد روبه رشد است. از طرفی پلیاستر یکی از مهمترین الیاف مصنوعی است که در صنایع نساجی از اهمیت قابل توجهی برخوردار بوده و دارای حجم مصرف بالایی است. چاپ جوهرافشان روی پارچه پلیاستر به دو روش مستقیم و انتقالی انجام میشود که در روش مستقیم میبایست سطح پارچه به روش شیمیایی آمایش شود و در روش انتقالی از کاغذ انتقال استفاده میشود. در فناوری تصعیدی انتقالی به آمادهسازی پارچه به روشهای فیزیکی و یا شیمیایی و همچنین عملیات شستشو پس از چاپ نیازی نیست. از نکات بسیار مهم در چاپ تصعیدی انتخاب صحیح مواد رنگزا و تنظیم خواص فیزیکی جوهر متناسب با نوع هد است. در این مقاله با توجه به جایگاه مهم این فناوری در صنایع نساجی، مواردی از قبیل بازار جوهرهای چاپ، فرآیند چاپ و ملزومات آن، مواد رنگزای مصرفی و خواص آنها، خواص فیزیکی جوهر، کاغذ انتقال و زیرآیند مطالعه شدهاند.

مروری بر پیشرفتهای اخیر در زمینه حذف جذبی و تخریب فوتوکاتالیستی مواد رنگزای آلی موجود در آب با استفاده از چارچوبهای آلی- فلزی
در مناطقی از جهان که با مشکلات آب مواجه هستند، بازگردانی و استفاده مجدد آن یک ضرورت است. از این رو، تصفیه پساب برای دستیابی به خلوص مورد نیاز برای انواع مصارف از آبیاری سنتی گرفته تا آب آشامیدنی اهمیتی حیاتی دارد. مقاله مروری حاضر، مطالعات متعدد را در مورد استفاده از چارچوبهای آلی-فلزی برای جذب و تخریب کاتالیزوری نوری مواد رنگزای آلی به عنوان عوامل آلاینده آب بررسی کرده است. آلایندههای آلی مقاوم شامل ترکیبات آلی هستند که در پسابهای صنعتی، خانگی و کشاورزی رها میشوند. حذف جذبی و تخریب کاتالیزوری نوری آلایندههای آلی مقاوم موجود در آب به صورت یک فناوری مقرون به صرفه در آمده که توجه زیادی را در تصفیه پساب جلب کردهاند. تخلخل زیاد و همچنین ماهیت کاتالیزوری چارچوبهای آلی- فلزی که به ترتیب در فرآیند جذب و فرآیند تخریب مؤثر هستند، منجر به جذابیت آنها شده است.
