امکانسنجی استفاده از پوششهای پایهی سل ژل سیلانی به عنوان جایگزین زیستسازگار پوششهای تبدیلی
روشهای متعددی برای کاهش نرخ خوردگی در نظر گرفته شده است. یکی از روشهای موثر محافظت در برابر خوردگی، استفاده از پوششهای تبدیلی میباشد. اما، پژوهشها برای یافتن جایگزین مناسب برای پوششهای تبدیلی به علت معضلات محیط زیستی و سرطانزایی از سال 1970 میلادی شروع شده است. یکی از مهمترین جایگزین این پوششها به-خصوص برای سامانههای تکلایه، پوششهای سل ژل از نوع سیلان، حاوی بازدارندهی خوردگی است که علاوه بر جبران مشکلات زیستمحیطی، توانسته است خواص حفاظت خوردگی مطلوبتری نسبت به پوششهای تبدیلی متداول ازخود نشان دهد. علاوه بر این، روش سل ژل یک روش سازگار با محیط زیست است که بهبود عملکرد محافظتی آن در زمینههای مختلف مانند فولاد، آلومینیوم، مس، منیزیم و آلیاژهای آنها، مشاهده شده است. دراین روش ناخالصیها به آن وارد نمیشود و در پایان فرایند، محصول نیاز به شستشو ندارد. دمای فرایند سل ژل به طور کلی کم است (اغلب نزدیک به دمای اتاق) بنابراین تبخیر حرارتی ترکیبات آن مانند بازدارندههای معدنی به حداقل میرسد. از آنجا که از پیشمادههای مایع دراین روش استفاده میشود، امکان تولید پوششهایی برای شکلهای پیچیده و همچنین تولید فیلمهای نازک بدون نیاز به ذوب کردن وجود دارد.

مروری بر ویژگیهای فوتوکاتالیستی نانوکامپوزیت های حاوی اکسیدگرافن جهت استفاده در غشاهای پلیمری به منظور تخریب پساب های رنگی
صنعت نساجی یکی از صنایعی است که پساب آنها بهعنوان یکی از بزرگترین مخاطرات محیطزیست شناخته میشود. پساب این صنعت حاوی مقدار زیادی ماده رنگزا، مواد شیمیایی و فلزات سنگین استکه برای سلامتی انسان و محیطزیست خطرناک هستند. انعقاد، روش زیستیو اکسایش پیشرفتهازجمله روشهای کاربردی هستند که در تصفیه پسابها مورداستفاده قرار میگیرند. سازوکار اصلی فرآیندهای اکسایش پیشرفته بر پایه تولید رادیکال هیدروکسیل است که این رادیکالها قادرند ترکیبات مقاوم در برابر اکسایش را تخریب کنند. همچنین، استفاده از نیمهرساناهایی با شکاف انرژی مناسب که بتوانند پاسخ خوبی در برابر تهییج نور مرئی از خود نشان دهند به بهبود این فرآیند کمک شایانی میکند. از طرفی، اکسید گرافن کاهشیافته برای بهبود خواص فوتوکاتالیستی و درنتیجه بهبود حرکت الکترونها به کار گرفته میشوند. لذا، همراهی این دو ماده در کامپوزیت، بازده عملکرد فوتوکاتالیستی را به میزان قابلتوجهی افزایش داده و سبب ایجاد خواص جذب بالا و رسانایی شده که این امر سبب میشود، تخریب نوری آلودگیها به مقدار به سزایی تسهیل گردد. حال، قرارگیری این مواد در غشا پلیمری، ضمن بهبود فرآیند فوتوکاتالیستی از ورود ذرات کاتالیزورنوری به داخل پساب تصفیهشده نیز ممانعت به عمل میآورد.

کاربرد نانوالیاف پلیمری در حذف مواد رنگزا از محیط آبی
توسعه زندگی اجتماعی و صنعتیشدن کشورها منجر به آلودگیهای زیستمحیطی فراوانی شده است. از میان آلایندههای صنعتی که به جریانهای آبی ورود پیدا میکنند، مواد رنگزا به دلیل پایداری و مقاومت شیمیایی از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار هستند. با توجه به پیچیدگی آلایندههای ورودی به منابع آبی، استفاده از روشی با کارایی بالا در حذف مواد رنگزا، امری اجتنابناپذیر میباشد. از میان جاذبهای مختلف، نانوالیاف پلیمری، به دلیل وزن کم، سطح مخصوص زیاد، ساختار متخلخل پیوسته و قابلیت عاملدار شدن، به عنوان مواد غشایی موثر، در زمینه پالایشهای زیستمحیطی بکارگرفته میشوند. علاوهبراین، جاذبهای نانولیفی اصلاح شده، عملکرد جذب را بهطور موثری بهبود میبخشند. در این مقاله، تحقیقات مختلف انجام شده در زمینه کاربرد نانوالیاف پلیمری مختلف در جداسازی موادرنگزا از آب، مرور و نتایج تحقیقات انجام شده در هر مورد بررسی و مقایسه شده است.

مروری بر خواص ضدباکتری، ضدمیکروب و ضدقارچ ترکیبات گیاهی و کاربرد آنها در منسوجات
گیاهان بسیاری در سراسر جهان شناخته شده اند که دارای خواص دارویی-پزشکی از جمله خواص ضدباکتری، ضدمیکروبی و ضدقارچ هستند. ترکیبات شیمیایی ضدباکتری و یا ضدمیکروبی احتمال ایجاد حساسیت یا آلرژی در کاربر را دارند. علاوه بر این در فرآیند تولید و به کارگیری میتوانند پسابهای زیادی را وارد محیطزیست کنند که تصفیه و بازیافت آنها هزینه بر است. تحقیقات زیادی در این رابطه انجام شده که با بهرهگیری از ترکیبات گیاهی دارای این خاصیت بتوان خاصیت ضدباکتری و ضدمیکروبی و قارچ را در منسوجات ایجاد نمود. منسوجات یکی از ملزومات ضروری است که همه انسانها به وفور در زندگی خود از آنها استفاده مینمایند. امروزه به دلایل مختلفی از جمله مشکلات زیست محیطی تمایل به استفاده از ترکیبات طبیعی به جای مواد مصنوعی در صنایع نساجی از جمله فرآیند رنگرزی افزایش یافته است. علاوه بر این در فرآیند رنگرزی استفاده از برخی ترکیبات گیاهی (رنگدهنده و یا غیررنگی) میتواند خواص ضدباکتری، ضدمیکروبی و ضدقارچ را حاصل نماید. این پژوهش مطالعات صورت گرفته در این حوزه و نتایج حاصل را به صورت مجموعهای مدون نموده تا در تحقیقات آتی و کاربردی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

مروری بر آخرین تحقیقات درباره سنتز مواد رنگزای فلورسنس با استفاده از روش ماکروویو
روش ماکروویو به عنوان یک فرآیند جدید برای سنتز انواع ترکیبات آلی ازجمله مواد رنگزا مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این روش دارای مزایای متعددی است که عبارتند از: سهولت انجام، سریع بودن، مقرون به صرفه بودن و بازدهی بالا. مواد رنگزا کاربردهای زیادی در حوزههای مختلف دارند. مواد رنگزای آلی دارای ویژگیهای فوتوفیزیکی و فوتوشیمیایی و کاربردهای زیستی متفاوتی هستند. مهمترین گروههای مواد رنگزا که با روش ماکروویو توسعه یافتهاند عبارتند از: نفتالیمیدها، فنوتیازینها، فلورسئینها، پیریدینیم، سیانینها، کوئینولینها، کومارینها، تریآزوکوئینوکسازینها و ترکیبات مونوآزو دیسپرس. عواملی مانند دما، نوع حلال و قدرت تابش بر روی پیشرفت واکنش و بازده نهایی اثر بسزایی دارند. انتقال انرژی توسط فرآیند ماکروویو در محیط واکنش در حدود 9-10 ثانیه است. این مقاله مروری بر کاربرد روش ماکروویو برای سنتز مواد رنگزا با ویژگیهای فلورسنس، لومینسانس و فوتوفیزیکی است.

بررسی رفتار ویسکوالاستیک در رزینها، پوششهای آلی و نانو کامپوزیتها
اغلب پوششهای آلی بهدست آمده از تولید محصولات تجاری رنگ و پوشش، ویسکوالاستیک میباشند. مطالعه رفتار ویسکوالاستیک این پوششها بعد از پخت آنها یکی از آزمونهای مهم است که اطلاعات مفیدی را در مورد عملکرد پوشش پخت شده در اختیار ما قرار میدهد. در این مقاله رفتار ویسکوالاستیک رزینها، پوششها و نانوکامپوزیتهای آنها با استفاده از دستگاه آنالیز دینامیکی، مکانیکی حرارتی(DMTA) بررسی شده است. به کمک DMTA مقادیر مدول ذخیره، مدول اتلاف و همچنین ترم اتلاف به عنوان تابعی از دما یا بسامد بدست میآیند. DMTA یک روش مفید برای بررسی ساختار پلیمر مانند متوسط وزن ملکولی بین زنجیرهای شبکهایشده، چگالی شبکهایشدن، میزان همگن یا ناهمگن بودن رزینهای شبکهای شده، میزان امتزاجپذیری در ترکیب رزینها، میزان نسبی پراکنش نانوذرات در بستر رزین میباشد. همچنین کمیتهای فیزیکی مختلفی مانند نقطه ژلشدن، دمای انتقال شیشهای، چگالی شبکهایشدن، درصد تبدیل پخت، گرانروی کمینه در حین فرآیند پخت، انرژی فعالسازی دمای انتقال شیشهای، ضریب شکنندگی، ضریب جابجایی در رابطه ویلیام- لاندل- فری (WLF) و بررسی انتقالهای α و β و γ به کمک DMTA مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد.
