Abstract

Silicon resins are compositions based on silicon which soil is the main source for producing them. One of most important type of these resins is Tetra Ethyl Ortho Silicate also called Ethyl Silicate 40 containing 40 silicate and forms by reaction between Silicon Tetra Chloride and Ethanol. . In this paper its producing process, using methods and chemical mechanism of its cooking, are fully mentioned. Hydrolys of this resin and effective factors on hydrolys which the amount of water is important factor, having specially effect on chemical specification of this kind of resin.In This paper firstly proceed on identity and chemical specifications of this resin, then specially focus on the use of water content and pH on chemical specifications of this kind of resin.
